If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with our services, you may cancel
your account within the first 30 days of service and
receive a full refund.
If you decide to change hosts or cancel after 2 or
more months with us and have prepaid for the year in
advance then we will refund you a prorated balance of
the current month left on your account only, and all
monies will be refunded within 30 days of you requesting
cancellation. We will not issue refunds on the balance
paid in advance for the year after the 30 day period.
If you are paying per month for our hosting services,
then the balance of the month paid will be prorated and
a refund will be mailed to you at the address you
provided during sign up.
We have the option to cancel your agreement with us
if you fail to make payments when due on monthly
contracts. We will allow 5 days from the first of the
month due before we proceed to disable your site. If
after the 5 days we have not received payment or
arrangements have not been made to clear this up, then
we will proceed to delete all of your files from the
server. Everyone that enters into an agreement with us
will be bound by these policies, whether its for hosting
paid for the year or by the month. Anyone found to be
posting harmful content on other sites defaming or
wrongfully discrediting Hosteazy.com because they had
their sites shut down by us will face criminal charges
brought against them by whatever means possible
according to the laws governing the state or province
from which the client resides.
Backup Your website files before you
cancel your account with us.
Be sure you have backups of all your account
information before you issue your cancellation request.
We are not responsible for any of your account
information after you notify us to cancel your account.
This information includes but is not limited to your Web
site and any email left on your account.
Refunds For Pre-Payments We do not
give refunds for unused full months of service if you
prepaid for service. Setup fees are non-refundable. If
you are expecting a refund, be sure that your address is
correct on your account before cancelling. You can
update this information in your control panel.
Refunds For registered Domain Names
ie: yourname.com, .net, .org or whatever
